The International Thermal Spray Association (ITSA) held the third annual Advanced Coatings Symposium on October 7-10, 2019 in Springfield, Mass.
Our company was a proud Diamond sponsor of this year’s symposium, which focused on the Aerospace industry.
Last year, we were also a Diamond sponsor of the annual ITSA gathering, which took place in our home base of Houston. As you may recall, we hosted a Texas-themed tour at our shop location in Cleveland.
This year, it was important to continue our ITSA sponsorship because of the opportunity to unveil our thermal spray coating capabilities to a global audience from the aerospace industry.

We are continuing to grow our thermal spray coatings capabilities by introducing new processes, equipment, and people. Through this initiative, we are able to serve our customers with thermal spray coating for projects located domestically and internationally.
Specifically, we recently hired Larry Pope as the new Director of Global Operations. Mr. Pope brings decades of experience in industrial services to our company as the former president and CEO of Brown & Root.
Through the addition of Larry Pope, we will continue to expand our international footprint to reach further into global markets.
And, because the aerospace industry is growing at a rapid pace, we want to be a leader using the latest thermal spray technology to support new and emerging needs for our customers.
